Todd Martin Principal
Considered a “thought leader” by the corporations he has supported, Todd has been identified as an expert in positioning an organization’s value proposition by creating networks of advocates.
Todd has been worked on many e-sports betting houses and their regulations, policies and security. Beside his HR tendencies and orientation towards less-technical skills, he was running successfully an online e-betting company with the headquarters in the UK. The extensive knowledge on programming, security and network protocols, HR and communication skills, Todd became one of the most important people in the corporation he worked for.
Todd has nine years of corporate media experience in leadership roles with IBM, Lockheed Martin and Time Warner. He specializes in media relations, crisis communication, public policy, brand management and the use of new media in corporate communication. However, his programming and networking knowledge led him to some other business aside, which reflected on the great knowledge he collected in the sphere of e-sports.
Prior to joining the communication team in Lockheed Martin’s Electronic Systems business area, Todd managed media relations for IBM’s Global Human Resources organization. While at IBM, Todd also supported the Technology and Intellectual Property function and was responsible for several major initiatives and product announcements. Key among these activities was his strategic leadership of IBM’s initiatives surrounding Intellectual Property, open standards adoption and collaborative innovation.
Todd’s extensive experience includes managing crisis communication issues including: litigation, workforce reductions, operational divestitures and environmental affairs. In public policy, he has developed and maintained relationships with state and federal officials on behalf of the companies he’s represented. Todd’s previous experience also includes product launches, commercial video production, developing marketing collateral, internal communications and community relations.
Bringing creativity and detailed writing and collateral development to the table, Shelby is considered an expert in internal and web communication as well as event management. She also did some preparations for the couple of recognized e-sports and online betting houses.
Shelby has more than eight years of corporate communication experience with Lockheed Martin, specializing in employee communication and community relations. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Shelby served as the Sackets Harbor Chamber of Commerce Marketing Director in the historic village of Sackets Harbor, NY. Her proven record of effective written communication will help deliver the message you want your customers to receive.
Shelby holds a bachelors degree in Communication from Geneseo State University, with a minor in Public Relations. Her previous experience also includes crisis communication, marketing collateral, media relations and video production.
